Dr Francis is without a doubt the best Dr in Victoria and probably the best I have ever seen. His Knowledge of medicine and his patience is\r\nexceptional. He certainly is an empathetic Dr. His bedside manner is without a doubt caring and knowledgeable and never fails to listen and\r\nanswer your questions. I wish I still lived in Victoria so I could visit his office more. I actually am thinking of moving back to Victoria and Dr Francis is a major part of this. Thanks John Wroblewski....
